What is Self-Care?

 

Moneycrashers said, “Self-care is a very active and powerful choice to engage in the activities that are required to gain or maintain an optimal level of overall health. And in this case, overall health includes not just the physical, but the psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual components of an individual’s well-being.”

 

It is important to take care of yourself especially so you don’t get stress, get ill, lack of motivation and so you can be the very best that you can be.

 

My self-care includes watching TV shows, lots of sleep, having quality time with friends and family and cleaning, ending the night with a nice warm shower.
